After studying international business, I began my career at Nestle in France, in product management for export markets, and discovered a deep passion for consumer insights. I became a consultant embarking on qualitative research expeditions across diverse industries, including airports, banks, energy, and manufacturing.
Then, I moved across the Atlantic and joined a boutique research agency focusing on innovation, particularly for CPG and OTC/pharma. My toolkit expanded with cutting-edge quantitative and qualitative approaches leveraging behavioral science through projective techniques.
Ultimately, I switched to brand agencies joining the WPP Group. My focus shifted to brand and business transformation projects with Ogilvy Consulting, and later, Landor & Fitch. Over the past years, I have been diving deep into AI, running pilots, and implementing predictive AI eye-tracking and other AI-powered solutions.
I am a lifelong learner and a strong advocate of continuous upskilling/reskilling. Recently, I obtained three new certifications: Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT from Vanderbilt University, and Google Marketing Analytics and Measurement, and Unilever Customer Understanding and Digital Marketing Channels. I am also an active member of Women In Research (WIRe) and my local Toastmasters group, West Side Talkers.
In my free time, you can find me running in Central Park, traveling, or exploring new worlds through the pages of a book. I have found joy in conquering the NYC marathon not once but three times, in 2017, 2019, and 2021. I am also proud to be nearing the 10-year mark as a Triple Negative Breast Cancer survivor.
